GLOTECH, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the corporate office of United Parks & Resorts located in Orlando, FL. This position will work on a team with data product owners, data engineers, and BI developers to deliver high quality, value-adding data products to the enterprise.

• To facilitate the goals of the data product team, you will uncover, communicate, and help remove impediments efficiently and effectively
• Keep the flow of communication between and among teams open, clear, and effective, this includes effective verbal and written communication including in backlogs, boards, emails, and presentations as necessary

• Expertise as a scrum master in high performing delivery teams
• Strong verbal, written, and time management skills
• Bias toward action and high sense of urgency

• Team-working skills
• Must be available to work onsite in Orlando, FL
