The PM is able to manage several concurrent high visibility projects in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business units. This role will utilize a variety of analysis techniques and have a working knowledge of the business unit and business processes they support. The project business analyst elicits, documents, and validates business requirements following the project lifecycle and collaborates with IT to translate those requirements into viable solutions. The project business analyst’s role will also include scoping and managing estimation efforts by working with internal teams to estimate project costs and timelines. The IT Manager will lead efforts at the Corporate office, relating to all In-Park technologies across the enterprise.   The core job of the IT Manager is to lead IT efforts to achieve business goals and objectives. The IT Manager reports to an IT Director of United Parks & Resorts and is responsible for ensuring daily execution of that IT Director’s portion of the strategic vision. The position manages multiple internal IT professionals and is responsible for their mentoring and professional development. The IT Manager is responsible for tracking monthly IT costs and service targets that pertain to their area of responsibility and tracking and reporting monthly performance to the business and IT senior management.
